Marchesa FW 2011 in specifics

Marchesa Fall/Winter 2011 was completely magnificent. I was in shock and awe the whole day after seeing these beautiful gowns. Taking the victorian period as inspiration the designers produced wonderful floor sweeping gowns and the opening piece, a brilliant red coat with huge shoulders, throwing all that is good about victorian right in our faces. The collection only got better after that, the dresses got longer, so long they encircled the floor, the sheer floor sweepers were to die for, it wont suprise me to see some of these on the red carpet sometime in the near future, they truly are magnificent.
